HB 1204 -- Voter Registration

This bill requires the Division of Motor Vehicle and Drivers
Licensing within the Department of Revenue to allow an applicant
for a driver's or nondriver's license who is changing information
on the license to register to vote.  The division must provide
the voter information electronically to the Office of the
Secretary of State every week for entry into the voter
registration system.
