HB 1235 -- Insurance Compliance Audits

This bill requires the Director of the Department of Insurance,
Financial Institutions, and Professional Registration to release,
upon request, an incident report record relating to a consumer
report or complaint.  The report will include the date and
immediate facts and circumstances surrounding the complaint.  The
report must be made available to the public in an electronic
format.
