HB 1263 -- Missouri Renewable Energy Loan Authority Sponsor: Baker (25) This bill establishes the Missouri Renewable Energy Loan Authority to provide low-interest loans to public and private entities for the purpose of financing renewable energy products and services. The authority will consist of five members appointed by the Governor. An initial appropriation of $15 million is suggested, and the newly created Missouri Renewable Energy Loan Authority Fund may receive annual appropriations from the General Assembly as well as from federal grants and private donations.Copyright (c) Missouri House of Representatives
