HB 1270 -- Relocation of a Child

Currently, a notice must be given to all parties with custodial
or visitation rights anytime a child, whose parents are no longer
married, is removed from his or her principal residence for more
than 90 days.  This bill changes the requirement so that notice
must only be given if the child is relocated 50 miles or more
away from the principal residence.
