HB 1276 -- Residential Construction Disclosure Forms

Beginning August 28, 2007, this bill requires contractors of new
residential construction to provide potential owners with a
disclosure form which contains information regarding the
contractor, whether the contractor is licensed or registered, and
the contractor's work history.  The Office of the Attorney
General will develop the form and make it available on the
Internet.
