HB 1277 -- Open Meetings Law

This bill removes the proxy voting exception in the Opening
Meetings Law, commonly known as the Sunshine Law.  The expiration
date of December 31, 2008, for the closed records requirements
for public agency emergency response and operational guidelines
and documents detailing public governmental security systems and
structural plans of government-owned or leased buildings is also
removed.
