HB 1285 -- Public Records

This bill revises the definition of "public record" by excluding
an individual's personal information collected by municipalities.
Personal information includes any financial information, medical
history, or criminal or employment history that contains an
individual's name, identifying number, or other identifiers
assigned to the individual.
