HB 1291 -- Posting Public Notices on the Internet

Subject to appropriation, this bill requires the Office of
Information Technology within the Office of Administration to
establish and maintain by January 1, 2008, an Internet web site
for the posting of all required public notices by any political
subdivision of the state.
