HB 1292 -- Tax Relief Requirements for Corporations

This bill prohibits a corporation with 500 or more employees from
receiving any form of tax relief if the corporation does not
provide health insurance coverage for its employees.  A
corporation is required to pay back any tax relief funds if it
does not continue to provide health insurance coverage after
receiving a tax benefit.
