HB 1295 -- St. Charles County Transit Authority

This bill requires the transit authority in St. Charles County to
reimburse the county for the cost of an election to increase the
transit authority's sales tax rate if the measure is approved by
voters.  The costs must be reimbursed from the funds derived from
the tax increase.
