HB 160 -- Notice of Increased Property Assessment

This bill requires that a notice of increased property assessment
be provided by the third Monday in April to the owner of any
property when the valuation of the property increases.  The
notice must include contact information for the local board of
equalization and the State Tax Commission to assist with
questions regarding assessment appeals.
