HB 169 -- Special License Plates

This bill allows for special license plates for persons awarded
the Air Force Cross, Army Distinguished Service Cross, or Navy
Cross.

To obtain these plates, individuals must furnish proof as a
recipient of the medal to the Director of the Department of
Revenue.  There will be an additional fee charged for each set of
license plates issued equal to the fee charged for personalized
license plates, but the additional fee will only be paid once by
the qualified applicant at the time of initial application.
There will be no limit on the number of plates any qualified
person may obtain.
