HB 202 -- Juvenile Court Personnel

This bill redefines "juvenile court employee" to include juvenile
court personnel who were paid by a grant, allowing this service
to be creditable for retirement purposes.

Juvenile officers in single county circuits will be allowed to
receive creditable prior service in the Missouri State Employees'
Retirement System (MOSERS) for employment as a juvenile court
employee prior to July 1, 1999, if the service is not credited in
a county retirement plan.
