HB 30 -- Statewide School Activities Associations

This bill prohibits public schools from being members of any
statewide activities association that has rules preventing public
school students from participating in school activities at the
school where they pay tuition or preventing any student living in
the school district and meeting the state requirements for school
attendance from participating in any public school activity.
