HB 355 -- Prohibition of Internet Gambling

Sponsor:  Avery

This bill allows the Director of the Division of Finance within
the Department of Insurance, Financial Institutions, and
Professional Registration to establish procedures to assist
financial institutions in preventing transactions involving the
use of the financial institution's instruments for online or
Internet gambling.
