HB 372 -- Sexual Offenses

This bill revises the crimes of statutory rape and sodomy in the
second degree by requiring that the perpetrator be at least three
years older than the victim.  Currently, the crimes occur when
any person 21 years of age or older has sexual intercourse or
deviate sexual intercourse with a person younger than 17 years of
age.
