HB 379 -- Child Support

This bill changes the laws regarding the continuation of child
support when a child is attending an institution of higher
education.  A child is required to submit transcripts or other
documentation to each parent prior to the beginning of classes
for each semester that the child is enrolled in and has completed
each term, the grades and credits received for each course, and a
listing of courses and the number of credits the child is
enrolled in for the upcoming term.

Currently, a child is required to submit documentation to each
parent at the beginning of each semester.
