HB 437 -- Reinstatement of Drivers' Licenses

This bill requires the Director of the Department of Revenue to
return a noncommercial driver's license and remove the suspension
from the driver's record and to return and reinstate a commercial
driver's license when the licensee provides proof of the
disposition of charges arising from a moving traffic violation.
The bill also prohibits the department from withholding a vehicle
registration for failure to appear in court.
