HB 501 -- Spouses of Deployed Soldiers

This bill allows the spouse of a deployed soldier to receive up
to two weeks off without pay prior to the soldier's deployment
and up to two weeks during any time the soldier is home on a
pass.  Employers are prohibited from firing, demoting, or taking
other adverse actions against a spouse who exercises this right.
