HB 510 -- Motor Vehicle Franchise Practices

This bill revises the definition of "motor vehicle" as it relates
to motor vehicle franchise practices to include any engine,
transmission, or rear axle manufactured for installation in a
commercial motor vehicle with a gross vehicle weight rating over
16,000 pounds.
