HB 578 -- Sexual Offender Treatment Facilities

Sponsor:  Pearce

This bill prohibits an individual from owning or operating a
sexual offender treatment facility for more than one person who
is required to register on the sexual offender registry.
Previously established facilities and those contracted through
government bodies are exempt.  Violation of the provisions of the
bill will be a class A misdemeanor.
