HB 610 -- Address Confidentiality Program

This bill establishes the Address Confidentiality Program,
administered by the Office of the Secretary of State, to protect
victims of domestic violence by establishing a designated address
for victims and their minor children.  Knowingly submitting a
misrepresented application will be a class D felony.

The provisions of the bill will expire six years from the
effective date.
