HB 618 -- Civil Immunity for Certain Health Care Providers

This bill changes the laws regarding Missouri's Good Samaritan
Law by granting civil immunity to a person providing health care
services at a free health clinic if the services are within the
provider's medical field.  This immunity does not include acts of
negligence or willful omissions.
