HB 622 -- Proof of Lawful Presence

This bill exempts any driver's license applicant from showing
proof of lawful presence when he or she has previously held a
noncommercial driver's license, noncommercial instruction permit,
or nondriver's license.  Currently, only applicants 65 years of
age or older who have previously held a noncommercial driver's
license, noncommercial instruction permit, or nondriver's license
are exempt.
