HB 639 -- Underground Power Lines

This bill requires new developments for dwelling units and other
structures to have the power lines including, but not limited to,
gas, electric, telephone, and cable lines installed underground.
The bill specifies a dwelling unit as one or more rooms used by
one or more individuals living together as a single housekeeping
unit which contains cooking, living, sanitary, and sleeping
facilities.
