HB 696 -- Prescription Drug Formularies

Sponsor:  Pollock

This bill requires any health carrier or health benefit plan that
provides prescription drug coverage to notify enrollees in
writing of all additions or deletions in its prescription drug
formularies at least 60 days prior to the immediately preceding
plan year and for each calendar quarter.
