HB 755 -- School Food Service

This bill requires that food service directors and menu planners,
whether they are employees of the school or contracted vendors,
obtain school food service and nutrition specialist credentials
or level 1 Missouri school nutrition association certification
within two years of their appointment.  Current personnel have
until the beginning of the 2010-2011 school year to obtain their
credentials.  The bill applies to public and private schools that
receive federal school lunch program funding.
