HB 809 -- Housing Funds

This bill changes the laws regarding the Missouri Housing
Development Commission by repealing:

(1)  Section 215.033, RSMo, which granted the commission all
powers necessary to create the Missouri Equity Fund Support
Corporation, a nonprofit corporation to promote one or more
housing equity funds; and

(2)  Section 215.050, which created the Housing Development Fund.
