HB 81 -- Liquor and Wine Tasting

This bill allows wineries, distillers, manufacturers,
wholesalers, or brewers to provide samples for customer tasting
purposes at retail licensed premises that have a special permit
or a by-the-drink-for-consumption-on-the-premises-where-sold
retail license.  The winery, distiller, manufacturer, wholesaler,
or brewer cannot give money or anything of value to the retailer
for the opportunity to conduct the tasting.  Tastings may be
conducted off of a retail licensed premise if no sales
transactions take place, but solicitations for later sales via
promotional materials are allowed.
