HB 838 -- Closed Records

This bill makes records and documents in connection with an
internal law enforcement investigation relating to an officer's
employment status, fitness, or conduct closed records.  Records
and documents involving allegations of criminal conduct by an
officer are not subject to the closed records requirement.
