HB 903 -- Product Seller Liability

This bill prohibits any legal action for liability against the
seller of a product unless he or she manufactured, produced,
designed, altered, modified, assembled, installed, or failed to
maintain the product in a way that caused harm to the plaintiff.
However, if the manufacturer of the product is not subject to
jurisdiction in Missouri, the product seller may be sued for
liability.

The bill contains an emergency clause.
