HB 906 -- Mixing of Motor Fuels

This bill allows the mixing of biodiesel with regular diesel fuel
as well as the mixing of gasoline with ethanol for the purpose of
retail sale.  No fine, penalty, or any administrative regulation
may be used to prevent the mixing and sale of these fuels.
