HJR 14 -- Executive Branch Term Limits Sponsor: Lembke Currently, the Missouri Constitution limits an individual from being elected Governor or State Treasurer more than twice. Also, anyone who serves as the acting Governor or State Treasurer for more than two years and who was not elected to the office may run for election only once.
