HCS HB 796 -- DISABLED LICENSE PLATES AND PLACARDS (Dethrow)

Advocacy

This substitute exempts any permanently disabled person 65 years
of age or older from the physician's statement requirement when
renewing disabled license plates or windshield placards.

FISCAL NOTE:  No impact on state funds in FY 2008, FY 2009, and
FY 2010.
