AN ACT

To appropriate money for supplemental purposes for the Department of Social Services, and to transfer money among certain funds, from the funds designated for the fiscal period ending June 30, 2007.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            There is appropriated out of the State Treasury, chargeable to the fund and for the agency and purpose designated, for the period ending June 30, 2007, as follows:

Section 15.005. There is transferred out of the State Treasury, chargeable to the General Revenue Fund, to the Utilicare Stabilization Fund for the purpose of funding the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program
