AN ACT

To amend chapter 41, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to prisoner of war and missing in action designations.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 41, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 41.025, to read as follows:

            41.025. The state of Missouri hereby recognizes the designations of Prisoner of War (POW) and Missing in Action (MIA) as valid descriptions of casualty status and category classification for military personnel.
