Missouri Rep. Thomas J. Hoppe, a Democrat, represents part of Jackson County (District 46) in the Missouri House of Representatives.

In addition to his legislative duties, Rep. Hoppe, a former tax compliance supervisor for Jackson County, is an accountant.

Rep. Hoppe received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Benedictine College in 1979.

Born March 21, 1957, in Evanston, Illinois, Rep. Hoppe resides in South Kansas City.
