92nd General Assembly
Rep.
Scott T. Rupp, a Republican, represents parts of St. Charles and Warren
counties (District 13) in the Missouri House of Representatives. He was elected to his first two-year term in
2002.
In
addition to his legislative duties, Rep. Rupp owns an educational consulting
company, Educational Funding & Financial Aid Specialists, where they assist
parents of high school students in preparing their children for college. Rep. Rupp is also a registered investment
advisor in Missouri and owns Rupp & Associates advisory firm where he holds
the series 6, 63 & 7 general securities licenses.
Rep.
Rupp is a member of many organizations including: Chamber of Commerce; NFIB;
NRA; Missouri Right to Life; the Knights of Columbus; St. Patrick's Catholic
Church; St. Charles County Pachyderm Club and the Young Republicans.
A
graduate of Duchesne High School in St. Charles, Rep. Rupp received his
bachelor of arts degree in political science from the University of
Missouri-Columbia in May 1995.
Born
October 17, 1973, in Peoria, Ill., Rep. Rupp resides in Wentzville, Mo., along
with his wife, Natalie A. Rupp, and daughter Noelle Jana Rupp.
