92nd General Assembly
Rep.
Todd Smith, a Republican, represents parts of Lafayette, Pettis and Saline
counties (District 118) in the Missouri House of Representatives. He was elected to the House in November
2002.
Prior
to being elected to the House, Rep. Smith served as Pettis County Presiding
Commissioner since 1999. He also worked in manufacturing and was co-owner of an
advertising and public relations company.
Rep. Smith had previously served in the House from 1984 to 1994.
A
member of Sacred Heart Church, Rep. Smith is also a member of Knights of
Columbus; Pettis County Foster Parents Association; Activity Builders for
Children; Boy Scouts of America and the Lions Club.
A
1977 graduate of Smith-Cotton High School in Sedalia, Rep. Smith received a
bachelor’s degree from Central Missouri State University in 1982.

March 17, 1959, in Sedalia, Rep. Smith resides there with his wife, Judy D.
Smith and their three children: Haylea,
Chelsea and Drew.
