HB 1205 -- Assessed Valuation for State School Aid Purposes

Sponsor:  Bartle

Currently in the school funding formula, 100% of a district's
equalized assessed valuation is subtracted from the district's
entitlement.  This bill subtracts 97% of the assessed valuation
in school year 2001-2002 and 95% thereafter.
