HB 1819 -- Same-Sex Marriages Co-Sponsors: Scott, Hartzler (124), Phillips, Froelker, Gross This bill declares it to be the public policy of Missouri to recognize marriage only between a man and a woman, and prohibits the issuance of a marriage license to other than a man and a woman. This statute was declared procedurally unconstitutional in its original passage.
