HB 1900 -- Vehicle Equipment Sponsor: Green This bill requires that every commercial delivery truck, equipped with a cube-style, walk-in cargo box up to 26 feet long, be equipped with an automated or electronic back-up device to alert the driver that an object is behind the truck. The bill establishes requirements and guidelines for such devices.
