HB 2024 -- Speed Limits in School Zones

Sponsor:  Kreider

This bill allows school boards to recommend a speed limit to a
municipality where a school zone is located.  A municipality may
adopt the recommendation by ordinance without the consent of the
Highways and Transportation Commission.
