VICTIMS OF CRIME

: Creates the presumption that a minor younger than 14 years of age who is seeking an abortion is a victim of statutory rape in the first degree and must be reported by the abortion provider

: Allows victims of certain offenses against the family access to official court records in certain circumstances

: Creates new crimes of tampering with electronic monitoring equipment and aiding a sexual offender and increases the punishment for sex offenders who commit crimes against children
